In-store purchases are governed by the return policies posted in store at  .

We are happy to accept swimwear returns for online purchases up to 15 days from the date of receipt.
Beyond 15 days, we can accept for exchanges or store credit up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please note: The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition. If the item is returned in non-new condition it will be returned to you.

How do I return my order?

Do you offer free returns?

No. Unfortunately we have a return label cost of $8.50. This cost is deducted automatically from the refund and you will receive an automated return label once authorized for return.

This will be detailed on the return request confirmation. Alternatively, you may arrange your own shipping at your expense. We recommend using a traceable method as  s cannot be liable for undelivered returns.

Can I still return an online purchase after 15 days?

Online purchases are available for refund within 15 days. After 15 days, you can return a purchase within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. Once again the items must be unused and in re-sellable condition.

What is the return policy for in-store purchases?

Since all items in-store may be tried on at the time of purchase, all in-store purchases are available to return only for store credit or exchange within 30 days.

Can I return my online order at your San Diego location?

Absolutely! Customers may return online merchandise at our San Diego store location.

Please note: E-commerce returns are processed mornings Monday through Friday. If your return is brought in-store in evenings or on Saturday or Sunday, the return will be processed by our e-commerce department immediately on the next business day.

What are your shipping rates and times?

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed at approximately 10:00am Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped approximately at 3:00 pm the day your order has been processed. Any orders placed after 10:00 AM PT will be processed on the next business day. We make every effort possible to get your order out ASAP. Most orders leave our store the day ordered.
  • Ground Shipping (3–7 Business Days): $8.50
  • FedEx 2nd Day Shipping (2 Business Days): $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping: $45.00

Expect your purchase to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (if there is a backorder, you will be notified in that time)

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! All purchases over $150 are elgible for free ground shipping on their order. This will show as an available option at checkout.

How will I know if my order was backordered?

If your order was backordered and we could not provide you with your purchase in the time requested, then you will recieve an e-mail or phone call informing you of the circumstances. For example, if you order 2nd day shipping but we cannot get the item to you in the allotted time we will inform you.

I live in Hawaii or Alaska, what are my shipping options?

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are included in the standard rate. If you would like expedited service, there are no additional charges above the standard 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping options.
